Burnaby Heights Residence
An urban bungalow with a lot of character
This small bungalow received a new second floor and dining room addition, yet was designed to keep its cottage appeal and thoughtful relationship to existing trees and garden.
It’s contemporary design and neighbourly-scale A-frame façade complements and highlights the original.
Unique hand framing allowed for vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, a reading window seat, and a chance to retreat with personalized views to the mountains.
Large overhangs with clear finished cedar soffits, hardwood interior details and quality feature lighting complete this well-crafted home.
