Our Cheeky Yaletown Penthouse is stacking up the accolades ! We're thrilled to announce that our recent condo renovation project has been selected as a HAVAN Award Finalist for Best Townhouse/Condominium Renovation: Under $300,000 and Georgie Award Finalist for Best Condo Residential Renovation under $250,000! This transformation was truly a labor of love, blending modern aesthetics with unexpected twists that reflect the homeowners' unique style and preferences.

One of the standout features of this renovation is the reorientation of the space, which previously suffered from a maze-like layout of hallways and doors. By simplifying the floor plan, we were able to reclaim valuable square footage for the main rooms, allowing for a full refurbishment with delightful finishing touches throughout.

From the glamorous master bedroom with its spacious closets to the functional yet stylish home office/guest room combination, every aspect of this penthouse exudes sophistication and innovation. We took great pride in incorporating cheeky detailing that defied traditional norms, such as delicate wall trims intersecting with modern frameless doors and a kitchen island boasting a four-sided waterfall countertop. Additionally, our focus on efficiency and sustainability ensures that this apartment is not only beautiful but also ready for a greener, energy-efficient future.
