This design‑build renovation transformed an outdated penthouse condo into a sleek, modern retreat for young professionals. The original layout limited flow and featured a small, inefficient kitchen — challenges we addressed with a comprehensive redesign that maximizes space and enhances everyday living.

At the heart of the update is a custom Italian kitchen from Habitat by Aeon, blending refined materials with functional layout improvements. Beyond the renovation, we also furnished the space and curated artwork, creating a cohesive, contemporary home that reflects both style and livability.
